Flour, which is the basic raw material of biscuit and cake products, is produced in the best quality at Önem Gıda Flour Factory established in Ankara and has been used safely in various products since 1978.
Different types of flours such as wheat, oats, special bran, rye flour are produced with the ideal quality and recipe. High quality wheat obtained from our farms is evaluated meticulously until it turns into the final product, by utilizing the principles of wasteless production, and reaches our customers. Aliağa Wheat which we developed in cooperation with farmers, follows the same path and contributes to the taste you experience at home. We achieve all these steps inclusively by taking the contributions of our relevant stakeholders, especially the public institutions and organizations which we cooperate with.
